Do you have any mobile homes for rent?No. All mobile homes are owner-occupied or on a rent credit (rent-to-own) program. Rentals are not allowed, to help ensure the quality of the community.

How much is lot rent and what does that include?Monthly lot leases are $340 for single-wide homes, $350 for double-wide homes. All utilities are the responsibility of the mobile home owner.
What is required to live at Sunset 77 Mobile Home Park?At application, prospective tenants must provide a security deposit in the amount of one months rent, plus a full criminal and credit background check. Everyone over the age of 17 must complete a background check.

Are children allowed?Yes. Not only are children welcome, we are minutes from all of the local schools.
Are animals allowed?Yes. You may have up to two (2) animals, each weighing 30 pounds or less.

Who maintains the yards?Tenants are responsible for the upkeep of their own yard, trees, bushes, etc. The park staff maintains all common areas.
Where is Sunset 77 Mobile Home Park located?We are located in the heart of Douglass, Kansas just off of Highway 77 right across from the high school. We are less than 10 minutes to Augusta and 20 minutes to Wichita. Our address is 530 US Highway 77, Douglass, KS 67039.
